Financial Clearance to Employ Nurses Contrary to the claims by some nurses that there hasn’t been any recruitment like the president said in the State of the Nations Address, the Ministry of health in a statement said it had received clearance from the Ministry of Finance to recruit 14,254 nurse assistants who passed their exams in 2016 from Government institutions. The statement said the ministry “has received financial clearance from the Ministry of Finance to employ 14,254 nurse assistants (clinical and preventive) from government nursing training institutions and the names have been verified by the Nursing and Midwifery Council. This clearance took effect from 1st February, 2019.” The ministry of health has also issued the number of nurse assistants (clinical and preventive) for allocation to each agency for posting to their respective health facilities. A 12 unit shop built at a cost of three hundred thousand  Ghana Cedis (GHC300,000) by the former Metropolitan Chief Executive (MCE) for Tema ,Ashai Odamteen ,has been declared structurally weak for commercial and human habitation by engineers from Tema Metropolitan Assembly (TMA)after a structural integrity test of the facility conducted. The building has been declared a danger zone by National Disaster Management Organization whiles preparation are underway to demolish the death trap before it collapse on the occupants.

MAN OF GOD MISSING Rev.Isaac Asante,43,Founder and Leader of 'Joy Life Blessed Ministry at Adenta Commando near the Animal Research Institute a suburb of Accra, has gone missing since Thursday, May 2,2019. and has still not been found. He left home with his Vibe- Pontiac vehicle with registration number AS 3483-16. He's Chocolate in complexion, Hairy and Speaks Ga,Ewe,Twi,English and other languages. When the family entered his room on Sunday,May 5,2019. They found out that, all his phones was inside as well as his Television Set was on. The family is therefore calling on the General public to help locate their dear one ,by reporting to any nearest police station or call 0247 126 153 his Junior Brother , when found. Thank you.
