FINANCIAL LOSS IN TEMA BY TMA FORMER MCE.


A 12 unit shop built at a cost of three hundred thousand  Ghana Cedis (GHC300,000) by the former Metropolitan Chief Executive (MCE) for Tema ,Ashai Odamteen ,has been declared structurally weak for commercial and human habitation by engineers from Tema Metropolitan Assembly (TMA)after a structural integrity test of the facility conducted.

The building has been declared a danger zone by National Disaster Management Organization whiles preparation are underway to demolish the death trap before it collapse on the occupants.
