Under Peace Plan, U.S. 🇺🇸 Military Would Exit Afghanistan Within Five Years❗ All American troops would withdraw from Afghanistan over the next three to five years under a new Pentagon plan being offered in peace negotiations that could lead to a government in Kabul that shares power with the Taliban. *At Least 25⚰ Dead, 50 Injured🤕 After Train🚉 Crash 💥and Fire at Cairo Station* At least 25 people were killed and 50 injured when a locomotive smashed into a barrier at Cairo's main train station on Wednesday, causing an explosion and fire, state television and witnesses said. The fire sent black smoke billowing above Ramses station in the centre of the Egyptian capital. Inside the station, the train's blackened engine could be seen tilted to one side next to a platform. Security sources said there was no indication that the crash was deliberate. Several witnesses said they had seen fire coming out of the train's engine before it crashed, causing an explosion and fires inside the station. Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly announced from the station that the incident would be investigated and anyone found responsible held to account.

It appears the former head of state and founder of the NDC party was in his car when he realised that there was a traffic jam. 36-Foot Whale 🐋Found Dead... In the 👉Middle of Amazon Jungle A 36-foot-long humpback whale was found dead in an Amazon jungle on Friday, surprising wildlife experts and netizens alike. The whale was found on the Brazilian island of Marajo, at the mouth of the Amazon River - about 15 metres from the ocean. An NGO working on Marajo Island, the Bicho D'agua Institute, said the animal may have already been dead when it was washed ashore during high tides and came to rest in the mangroves. According to the Sun, marine expert Renata Emin said: "We're still not sure how it landed here, but we're guessing that the creature was floating close to the shore and the tide, which has been pretty considerable over the past few days, picked it up and threw it inland, into the mangrove. Private schools to lay 400,000 teachers off come September- GNACOPS warn The Ghana National Council of Private Schools (GNACOPS) has warn that over 400,000 untrained teachers are set to be laid off come September 2019 if government insist on his stance of teacher licensure. Government of Ghana  introduced compulsory Teachers and Nurses Licence Exams in 2018 to ensure all teachers and Nurses are licensed before they practice come September 2019 which affects public and private facilities. Financial Clearance to Employ Nurses Contrary to the claims by some nurses that there hasn’t been any recruitment like the president said in the State of the Nations Address, the Ministry of health in a statement said it had received clearance from the Ministry of Finance to recruit 14,254 nurse assistants who passed their exams in 2016 from Government institutions. The statement said the ministry “has received financial clearance from the Ministry of Finance to employ 14,254 nurse assistants (clinical and preventive) from government nursing training institutions and the names have been verified by the Nursing and Midwifery Council. This clearance took effect from 1st February, 2019.” The ministry of health has also issued the number of nurse assistants (clinical and preventive) for allocation to each agency for posting to their respective health facilities.
