BOGUS RECOMMENDATIONS IF NOT FAKE- GHANAIANS HAS SPOKEN.

PURPORTED RECOMMENDATIONS BY EMILE SHORT COMMISSION BOGUS IF NOT FAKE.

A Cross-section of Ghanaians including legal practitioners, Security Experts and the general public has expressed dissatisfaction of the purported recommendations by the Emile Short Commission if not fake.

Many has discribed it as Bogus recommendations if it is not fake.

Speaking to an expert on Double's case, he made the following assertions.
Firstly, Double had both Police and National Security weapon permit  which were with him but the commission never requested for them.  This show how shallow the members were, when it comes to issues of weapon handling  in the security services. Nobody in Ghana security service now has a personal weapon. They saw from the weapon and personnel returns DSP Azugu submitted to them. Double did not possess any weapon illegally. Double is authorized to carry weapon anywhere by his permit.
The outcome of the SWAT Operation at Ayawaso was to prevent  the evil plans of the Hawks, Azorka Boys and Brutal boys from kumasi who had already plan to  disrupt and cause harm to electorates as planned by the NDC Chairman Mr. Samuel Ofosu Ampofo and his team especially Hon. Haruna. The mission of the SWAT team was defined in the orders given to them which were presented to the commission.  The commission should present it to the public.
The ballistics report of the weapons used were presented to the commission as well, therefore, which one are they requesting for again? he asked.

The police attached are used for operational  intelligence assignments 24hrs which cannot be sought for from the police when needed.  The police service should have been disbanded after "LET MY VOTE COUNT " demonstration if the commission's recommendations wants to stand the test of time.
Intelligence was shared  before, during and after by- election. If they refused in camera hearing, then, they should have expected some intelligence information to be given at the commission. The chairing of the planning committee by the deputy interior minister was for nothing.  Did they invite him?
Nobody said the Police did not have enough communication equipment.  A back up and command network is different from various agencies closed user communication network which police and immigration services adequately. The commission members did not understand back up and command network which allowed each service leadership to monitor the operation and also disseminate to individual services network.

To this effect, if what is published by Starr fm is anything to go by then the commissioners did not do their work well.  It is not surprising because Professor Mensah Bonsu made a lot of judgemental statements before listening to most of the officers who appeared before them.

In any case, another question most Ghanaians are asking is that, What is the Punishment for Sam George and the groups who were in the NDC Parliamentary candidate house.
